Brug 4 mg Nicotinell tyggegummi og tyg 8-12 stk per dag.

Efter tre måneder nedtrappes Nicotinell tyggegummi gradvist. Først nedtrappes styrken af Nicotinell tyggegummi til 2 mg og dernæst nedtrappes antallet af Nicotinell tyggegummier. Brug af Nicotinell tyggegummi ud over et år anbefales ikke.

Hvis du ryger færre end 20 cigaretter om dagen:

Brug 2 mg Nicotinell tyggegummi og tyg 8-12 stk per dag.

Efter tre måneder nedsættes antallet af Nicotinell tyggegummier per dag, indtil du ikke længere har brug for dem. Brug af Nicotinell tyggegummi ud over et år anbefales ikke.

Anvendelse

Tyg 10-15 gange på Nicotinell tyggegummi (stærk smag fremkommer)

Lad Nicotinell tyggegummiet hvile i kinden i 3-4 min. (indtil smagen aftager)

Gentag trin 1+2+1+2... indtil al nikotin er tygget ud efter 30 min. af Nicotinell nikotintyggegummiet.
